At PostNL, but also in my former jobs at Coolblue, Jumbo, KPN, Wehkamp and TomTom I have learned a lot about changing and scaling organisations, about both server-side and embedded software, quality assurance, DevOps, distributed teams and (Cloud)infrastructure. Our goal has always been to innovate faster so that we can support the strategy of the company better. I love to share that knowledge, to help and to learn. After 25 year working in IT, of which 15 years as leader of IT departments, I want to make it my job to do so.
