NextGen Tech Leaders (powered by CIO Platform Nederland) and Luiss University have launched the NextGen Tech Leaders Executive Program, designed to develop the next generation of technology leaders.

Leading technology is increasingly demanding, requiring managers to balance technical capabilities with strategic objectives, reliable operations with continuous innovation, short-term delivery with long-term vision, and cost control with value creation.
The NextGen Tech Leaders executive program from Luiss University equips emerging digital and tech leaders with the skills, frameworks, and confidence to navigate these challenges, improve job performance, and drive real business impact.
Designed for: Tech managers ready for the next step
The NextGen Tech Leaders program is intended for digital and tech managers and professionals with 5-10 years of experience, such as heads of IT, digital managers, product leads, tech leads, AI and data managers, portfolio managers, enterprise architects.
Upon completion, participants will be able to build effective teams and operating models, align digital products and technical decisions with business strategy, and make trade-offs between operational excellence and AI innovation & transformation.
Curriculum: Management capabilities and individual coaching
The program combines the latest academic insights and business practices through experiential labs, masterclasses, fireside chats and reflection sessions to build capabilities across core tech management.
As part of the program, participants receive personal coaching & mentoring, tailored to individual needs. These sessions are conducted by senior digital and tech executives, with extensive leadership experience.
